Inspired by Brighton's designer’s trip to Japan, specifically, the charming town of Kyoto, known for its imperial palace, temples, beautiful gardens, and traditional Japanese culture, the artwork on this beautiful and practical handbag fob features fans. Folding fans were actually invented in Japan and depicted in drawings as far back as the 6th century. The various artwork found on the folding fan signified the different ranking of nobility. Today, it serves as a beautiful, colorful wardrobe accent.
